Learn About Mars Psychotherapy

I believe therapy should be a soft place to land. Whether you are an adult feeling burnt out or a parent seeking support for your child, I offer a warm, safe harbor to help you feel seen.

My Goal

I am here to walk alongside you, creating a collaborative space where neurodivergent and queer adults and children feel truly celebrated. I focus on finding ease through movement, art, and play.

Modalities

Somatic Psychotherapy

Your body carries your story and sometimes feels the weight of the world before your mind can find the words. This approach focuses on gentle breathing and grounding to help you notice physical sensations without judgment. By building body-based awareness, you can learn to navigate overwhelm and feel more regulated.

Dance & Movement Therapy

Sometimes, sitting still doesn't feel right. Movement therapy invites you or your child to express feelings through play, rhythm, and creative motion. It is a non-verbal way to process big emotions and strengthen the connection between mind and body.

Child-Centered Play Therapy

For children, play is their most natural way of speaking and making sense of their world. In this safe and accepting environment, I follow your child's lead as they use toys and art to explore their feelings at their own pace.

Values

Connection

I build a trusting bond at your pace, honoring your nervous system. Every step is taken together in a safe, gentle rhythm.

Autonomy & Respect

I honor your choices and boundaries, providing a warm space that affirms all queer and neurodivergent identities.

Belief in Innate Wisdom

You already hold the power to heal within you. Our work together is simply a gentle journey to help you reconnect with that internal strength and natural wisdom.

Non-judgement

Every part of you is welcome in this gentle space of curiosity and ease. I desire to honor all your feelings without judgment.
